We hold a huge amount of standard items in stock most of the time, there can be a small wait for items that we offer from the many different options on from our UK suppliers.

The bespoke service and special order sofa and chairs can take up to 12 weeks, but for standard items 2-4 weeks is the normal.

This will enable you to get the item quicker or at a time that suits you, from any of our branches or warehouse.

Please try and be careful with your furniture by using mats to protect from heat, water and scratches. Also remember to move ornaments and lamps around as leaving them in the same place all the time could leave a mark as it will not get any natural light underneath!

If the furniture is lacquered then you should not need to do anything with it unless it starts to look tired or dry, then a clear wax would not go a miss. Give us a call and we can advise you. We offer many different waxed products that will like a coat of wax occasionally, you will see when this is needed as will look a little flat and dull.

Remember, with a wax finish, to always protect from heat and water!

Most of our furniture is fully assembled apart from beds, tables and wardrobes as they need to be erected in the room for ease of access.

If you think it will be an issue and access is tight, then please call us to check on the item.

Yes all of our furniture has a 12 month manufacturer guarantee.
